Budget work out
When my expense gets over $100, I will quit This.
35 and losing 35 lbs asap. For as little money possible.
When I hit A hundred Dollars total, I will end the project.
I have no rush to do it, just seeing how fast I can do it.
I am kind of not in shape but wouldn't mind seeing if I can
get as .. well.. look as good if not better than I did 10
years ago. So I created something. or it's evolving every day.
I am going to write about it here.
I will post it up there in the gray text below where it says
"Today's Work out".
Some of this stuff I kind of am doing it by how it makes me
feel. If it feels like a work out but don't hurt my back
Well I guess I'm good with it.
Oh yeah, and I can only BARELY BREAK A SWEAT
That's a must!
I have just completed week one.
I have to weight myself when I get to work tomorrow.
No idea if I lost any weight. But I clearly look better.
and I feel a buttload better

If it goes as smooth as this week did.
What I have been doing. Well, it's cool
I started with 35 sit up that nearly killed me
I mean it was the hardest thing I could do.
The next day I did 40.
The next day my stomach killed me.
It was freaky. I got the squirts from squishing my guts
like that.
some how I missed a day or two, I am not sure how
many days I worked out and how many I missed.
So I started from where I left off. 45 sit ups.
On that day I did 15 push ups and 15 curls of 15 lbs
I know. A lot of the number 15. Since the weights say
it on them, I will not forget.
Some of the stuff I am doing. I am kind of making up the
work out as I go along. I made up the names also.
i call one a "cross curl" hold the left weight at left waist
then lift and cross over to right shoulder. Smooth Not jerky
but not stressing. left right 1 left right 2 etc. - 15 drop em.
Before resting more than 20 seconds 15 push ups.
as the days progressed, I started doing the 15 cross curls
3 times, then went to push ups. It got easier and easier.
as long as I don't increase more than one part of the workout
each day.
I have started another addition to the set. Hold dumbbells up
to shoulders and kind of lift straight up like a standing bench
press. but straight up and with the bars parallel to each other.
I did 15 today and it feels good under my arms. Actually not
good but feels like it is doing some good.

I haven't taken pictures yet, because the 25th will be one
month by the date. not by the number of weeks though.
Since I started on the 25 last month I figured on this way
would be cooler.
I have added a barbell and a simple 70lbs to the set. 100 sit
ups, 45 dumbbell curls, 50 bench press.
And the hard part. I might break on this one soon, I don't eat a
after 10:00pm.
Ok the weights cost me $25 at walmart, the pole was free
and the squeezy clamps (prevent slide) cost me 25 cents each.

Awesome day. Easy workout. I visited my brother out
in the country, I'm in a loaner car while mine is in the shop.
Gas cost me $7 today
We bailed hay and loaded it in the truck.

I will still do my sit ups.
I seem to be comfortable with 100 sit ups, doesn't seem
to do much for me anymore. I might up the number soon.

I did the same as yesterday. Man i really have nothing set
in stone. I just Make sure it's under 10 minutes.

Well tomorrow is week two. I almost didn't work out until I
realized that lawn care can be a work out. So I helped the
lady with her lawn. I got sun burned but I sweat like a hog.
Plus she has a "total gym" So this week has been strange. I
still kept focus though.

Ok this time I freaked out. I was supposed to do 85 sit ups.
I did a flat 200. This time I did not do push ups. I did
My regular 3 sets of 15 cross chest curls. The same with the
thing I explain below about lifting straight up with dumbbells
parallel to each other I hold them shoulder level and lift
upward. Then I put one on the floor, and do a slow movement
from behind my back above shoulder blades movement forward to
straight in front of me , and then back. Picture a little kid
casting out a line the first time he tries to fish. 3 sets 15.
(maybe I will research and see if there is a name for this
stuff. Would kinda ruin it for me, because it feels so natural.
